Beg To Differ Earns Gold

Beg To Differ traveled to New York City to compete in the WorldStrides Heritage Festival, earning a Gold Medal for the third consecutive year.
Russell Lindeman ’28 received his third straight Maestro Award, while William Warmath ’27 earned his first. The Maestro Award recognizes performers who demonstrate exceptional musical ability and deliver outstanding solo performances.

While in New York, the group visited Broadway to work with Hamilton cast member Eddy Lee, learning about choreography and music from the production. They also attended a performance of the acclaimed musical.

In addition, the students met with Rider University’s Vinroy Brown, conductor of the Westminster Jubilee Singers and adjunct assistant professor of sacred music, to learn about the art of conducting.
