We look forward to seeing new Owls soon, and we hope everyone has a wonderful summer break! Following are a few important reminders about the summer.
Summer Programs begin Tuesday, May 26, and the new 2026-27 At-a-Glance calendar is HERE.
Mandatory Summer Assignments keep Owls' minds sharp, particularly reading assignments in English and math packets in mathematics.
Summer Reading tests are given during the first week of school, and scores become part of the first-quarter English average. Students may find the optional Summer Reading Mastery course beneficial to knock out the reading assignment early, or they may read on their own and take careful notes in preparation for the August test.
A summer math lab will be offered Tuesdays, July 7, July 14, July 21, and July 28, 9 a.m. - noon, for boys to ask math-packet questions. Visit the Upper School office for the lab location. Prior to those in-person Tuesday sessions, students with questions may email Mathematics Chair Chris Fiano.
Both summer reading lists and math packets are available in our library's resources HERE.
