Wingman Peer Mentor Program

Students in Grades 6, 7, and 8, and all new-to-MUS Owls are encouraged to participate in the Wingman Peer Mentor Program. The program builds positive and supportive relationships between underclassmen and upperclassmen.
By pairing each younger Owl with an older student "Wingman" for peer mentoring, the program ushers in a new generation of students and fosters positive and meaningful connections rooted in our core values.

One Wednesday per month Wingmen and Owls will stay after school (2:20-3:15 p.m.) for fun activities.

Here are some upcoming events:

August 26: Meet and Greet in Ingram Dining Hall
September 30: Reveal Day and Field Games in Todd-Snowden Gym
October 28: Halloween Fun on the Lacrosse Field
November 18: Turkey Trot on the Lacrosse Field
December 9: Christmas Social in Ingram Dining Hall

Wingman Wednesdays are NOT mandatory, but we encourage Owls who are new to MUS to attend at least one event to check it out – and hopefully return for other programs.

No sign-up is necessary. All 6th- and 7th-grade students, as well as all new-to-MUS students, are automatically enrolled. However, we completely understand if a student chooses not to participate.
