Convocation Day, Dress Code, School Pictures
The first day of school is Monday, August 10. In keeping with tradition, the day will start with Opening Convocation in Hyde Chapel at 8:30 a.m. (Students should report to their homerooms by 8:10 a.m.)
Required dress is coat and tie, and ALL grooming rules apply. We will pledge our allegiance to the Honor Code and review our defining traditions; afterward, we will take school photos of all students. Lower School students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m., and Upper School students will be dismissed at 12:25 p.m.
Classes will begin Tuesday, August 11. School hours are 8:10 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. (2:15 p.m. Wednesdays), and the first morning bell rings at 8:05 a.m. Regular dress code resumes.
